Our saunas

Bio sauna and herbal sauna are among the less traditional ones. The bio sauna is ideal for those who are not comfortable with the high temperatures of the Finnish sauna, which can reach up to 100 °C. The temperature here is usually around 80 °C, but the humidity is higher than in a Finnish sauna. The heat of the organic sauna is still too much? We have a solution for you too. The herbal sauna is only around 60 °C and has a pleasant herbal aroma thanks to the herbal essences. The steam chamber also provides a mist bath with a lower temperature (around 45 °C) and humidity up to 100%.

The salt relaxation room with Himalayan salt wall, which fills the room with the finest salt particles from the oceans, has a beneficial effect on the human respiratory system. It is also suitable for children, asthmatics, smokers and athletes.

Finnish sauna

The Finnish sauna is a time-honoured classic. It is characterised by very high temperatures ranging from 90 to 100 °C and humidity ranging from 5 to 10%. In this dry sauna, the heat penetrates strongly into the body and puts a strain on the organism, so it is not suitable for people with high or fluctuating blood pressure, heart disease and asthma.

Cool down between heats in the Finnish sauna and then relax. It is these rapid changes in temperature that boost immunity and fight the flu and the common cold.

This type of sauna also has a beneficial effect on the skin, which is beautifully cleansed through the pores and increases its regenerative capacity and hydration. The sauna is also excellent for physical and mental relaxation.

It is ideal for athletes as it increases blood flow, resulting in efficient blood circulation to muscles and faster tissue regeneration. The heat of this sauna energises the body and it burns fat more efficiently even after sauna time.

Bio sauna

The bio sauna is ideal for those who are not comfortable with the high temperatures of a Finnish sauna or those who are not comfortable with the high humidity of a steam sauna. The temperature here is usually up to 20 °C lower (60-70 °C), while the humidity is higher than in the Finnish sauna (30-50 %), essentially a combination of Finnish and steam sauna. It is suitable for cardiac patients, helps with asthma and upper respiratory problems. It also relieves mental tension, relaxes muscles and helps to refresh.

Herbal sauna

The temperature in the herbal sauna is only around 60 °C and you can indulge in pleasant aromatherapy thanks to herbal essences. This type of sauna does not dry out the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract or the hair. The humidity is between 10 and 20%, just like in a classic Finnish sauna. Natural essences in the air effectively revitalize the body and mind, so try to breathe through your nose.

Steam chamber

The steam chamber also provides a mist bath with a lower temperature (around 45 °C) and humidity up to 100%. This sauna is excellent for people with breathing difficulties. Breathing steam relaxes the airways and facilitates expectoration. It helps in the treatment of asthma and bronchitis. The impact of steam cleanses the skin and removes harmful substances from the body. The steam sauna is also beneficial in the treatment of rheumatism and other musculoskeletal problems.
