By visiting the brewery restaurant you will really go back in time. As you enter the restaurant, you’ll be greeted with a huge room gracefully decorated in brown and beige hues. You will be impressed by the tastefully restored Art Nouveau ceilings and the two polished copper brewhouses upstairs. If you’re lucky enough to arrive on brew day, you’ll be greeted by a pleasant malty and hoppy aroma. We brew traditional 12° lager of Pilsner type Monopol, 11° semi-dark Karlik, flavoured Cherry 11° and Monopol ALE 14°, top-fermented.
Throughout the year, specials are prepared according to the seasons, 11° IPA Spring for spring, 11° Wheat for summer, Vienna Lager for autumn days and Porter 16° for Advent.
The restaurant offers 80 seats on the ground floor and 100 seats on the upper floor balconies and is open 7 days a week. We offer a lunch menu at noon and specialties from our a la carte in the evening, mostly Czech cuisine with elements of modern gastronomy.
